Work has been pretty crazy lately. Deadlines for work have been either "
today" or "yesterday". Typical. A deadline of "tomorrow" is usually something of a miracle (I would buy lottery tickets whenever that happens).
So it felt really good to be able to 'escape' to Birmingham (and Dudley) last weekend. We spent a good part of Saturday at the zoo in Dudley. I love zoos.
The zoo was a good sized one, with a castle to boot.
On Sunday, we went to StarCity in Birmingham for 2 rounds of Mini Golf. I also love playing games.

Is that a PINK bag that Daniel is carrying??? Is he converted or what??? Hehehehehe. At least i don't have to worry about that until I have a daughter
. Then you'll probably see me pushing a pink stroller with a small pink umbrella on top of it (OK stop right there what ever your imagination is at the moment). BTW, you got to do something about his kissing addiction too......... knowing it from personal experience!

@AishahAnsari - Heh heh...I've been in England for almost 2 years now! Yeah, it was great fun. Then again, I always look a little overenthusiatic in pictures...heee.
@longjian - HAHAHA!! That's my pink bag lah. He was just carrying it for me since my shoulders were aching a little.
When we were in London to meet you guys previously, we also took pics and Daniel was also carrying another pink shopping bag in those pics! Besides, Daniel's the one who wants a pink shirt and a pink tie! So I finally gave in and bought him a pink tie for Valentine's Day... 
LOL...so you noticed him trying to kiss the "lemur". Yes yes, he just doesn't know when to quit! You better not stand too close to him next time.... It's a natural pose for him, you see.
@June_D - somehow i got this thought that you are in canada! hahah...how wrong was i! :P i guess if i am going to london again, we can meet up huh? :)

I missed the nasi lemak you made. I tried to make it.. and end up using too much dried chilli (whole bag) and it turned out.. too hot. Other than that it's great. I made 3 big tub instead of the original one tub planned...
@pwho - One whole bag ah?? Wah...you must have breathed fire after eating the sambal...LOL
But I'm quite sure you make a better sambal than I can. You can use the sambal to to stir fry long beans as well, quite nice. And even to fry noodles with (become malay mee goreng). 
So how are you getting on over there? We might be moving house again soon.
Last Saturday, Daniel developed an expensive taste and decided to make sambal with scallops...lol. Verdict --> scallops don't go with sambal.
